I wanted to write to you concerning your recent contribution to the Audio Visual requirements at our recent AD!mpact programme we undertook with The Trinity Mirror Group PLC. Being on the road and covering eight different venues within two weeks is a daunting propect for us here at NRS. From the offset, it was something we were going to need help with.
Firstly, your professionalism and understanding of what we wanted to achieve was outstanding. Seeing you at the end of each day was so important to Katie and I as we knew that setting up and transporting so much equipment would have been a virtual impossibility for us. You however knew exactly what we required.
Secondly, the kind manner of you and your team made it a real pleasure to work with during this time. Nothing was too much trouble for you which makes a real difference during a stressful and hectic schedule for us all. Where possible, I will be recommending you to my colleagues and explaining to them that you are worth every penny.
